Warming Curries and Globally-Inspired Soups

As the leaves turn colors and the air becomes brisk, I like to curl up with a big bowl of heart, warming soup with gorgeous colors and spices. My soups are not just plain broth studded with some vegetables- I am talking about rich, flavorful, complex broths with an array of colored and textured vegetables that make a satisfying, one-pot meal.
