At this stage, you can choose your next module to open:

• If you’d like to continue with the COMPLETE B4 Be Gone program (i.e. complete modules 1 – 5 before starting your metabolic reset), then choose to open Module 1.
• If you prefer to keep it simple and do the ESSENTIALS B4 Be Gone program (click for details), aka “the busy person’s guide to B4”, then choose the Metabolic Reset Preparation Module. You will always be able to visit the Program Controls page and restart the full-version of the program should you choose later.
