How to Organize Documents Downloaded to Your Computer
There are many ways you can organize your computer files. Downloading files is not required, but can be beneficial to have your own organizational system for favorite documents. We suggest you create a folder for each ERC module and collect the resources within that folder. You are welcome to download any documents or recordings for your own records while you are in the program. This is not at all required.
Â
Here’s an example of how you might organize your folders so you can download module materials – recordings, slides, checklists etc.
- My Documents (or whatever folder you choose on your computer)
- ERC (Year) files
- Evaluations
- Foundations
- Digestive
- Recovery
- Blood Sugar
- Balance
- Adrenal
- Support
- Thyroid
- Support
- Nutrigenomics
