Suggested Implementation Actions

  • Watch the video “Every-Day Detox,” which you can access on the Environment – Every-Day Detox page HERE.
  • Read #1 and #2, on the same page as the video, to learn about the importance of clean/fresh air.
  • Start to incorporate cruciferous vegetables into your daily regime. See a list of them and read about the benefits, by downloading the PDF in #3.
  • Add at least one of the liver-nourishing, detox-supporting herbs and medicinal foods listed to your daily regime. Download the PDF as a reference guide in #4.
  • Post in the BFF Facebook group and let us know how these steps are going.
