Suggested Implementation Actions

  • Start by clicking on the Stress Transforming Tools That Recharge Your Energy tile on the bottom left of the Mindfulness page, and watch the video Stress Transforming Tools That Recharge Your Energy and Accelerate Healing at the top of the page.
  • Then take the Stress Level Assessment if you’ve never completed it. If you have take it before, take it again if you think your stress level has significantly changed since the last time.
  • Click on the link for the Transforming Stress System and work up to taking “mini-vacations” 5 times a day. If you are an ERC member, this won’t be new to you. There’s a lot of information and several resources on that page, so take your time this week, and over the next few weeks, to take it all in.
  • Last, but NOT LEAST, read #3, and make a daily practice of finding 3 things to be grateful for. Gratitude is a powerful tool.
  • Post in the BFF Facebook group and let us know some lightbulb moments you experienced while working through this process, some of your goals, or anything else related to reducing stress and increasing mindfulness.
  • Attend our Office Hours call and let’s discuss.
