Start Transforming Your Stress

We’ll guide you through an amazing stress transforming process, based on the work of the Heartmath Institute. You’ll receive one audio email message per day, every day for 30 days, then have the option of starting again. We suggest you repeat the series over and over until it’s second nature.

All the messages except for the first are less than 5 minutes long. You will learn a process I call mini-vacations. The goal is to be taking 5 mini-vacations every day (they take just a minute or two to do).  Start with 1 a day and keep adding 1 more until you get to or exceed 5 per day. Each day for the next 30 days, you’ll receive an email with instructions and a daily audio message.
