We're excited to get to know you as part of the community. You are welcome to explore the resources here at your own pace and in the order you choose. If you are a new Empowered Self-Care member, and not a member of our Energy Recharge Inner Circle (ERC) begin with the steps in the Start Your Empowered Self-Care Lab Experience section to be sure you're all set up to receive and organize your materials. Be sure to join the Facebook group for additional support and community.
Next, access and print your roadmap and handbooks and keep them handy as you make your way through the site. Check things off as you complete them.
We recommend you next follow the steps in the Set the Stage for True Healing section, in the order given. Of course, if you've already mastered any of the steps, move to the next.
We start with Stress Transformation and Clarifying your Values, Visions, and Goals because experience says that those who start there get the best results. There's an awesome TED Talk by Simon Sinek called, "How great leaders inspire action." In it, Sinek reinforces how important it is to connect to your deeper purpose in all aspects of life. I've found that sticking to new healthy habits is much easier when you have a big WHY to motivate you and drive your action steps forward. What's yours?
In these first steps, I give you powerful tools to help you connect to what's most important to you, and set a compelling vision for your life. Set aside some time to work on this - it really is worth it. Ignore the voice in your head that says, "That sounds good. I should do that later." Don't just think about it. Take action now!
