Suggested Implementation Actions

  • Start by reading the inspiring quotes on the Outlook page HERE.
  • Set aside time to read through the Inspired Health Vision System page before you begin the work of the next steps.
  • Create time and space for you, where you can focus on establishing the mindset to empower you to consistently make the choices that get results and make lasting changes.
  • Begin by completing #1, Clarify Your Values. This is a VERY valuable exercise and can be done online, or by printing out the PDF. There are also audio clips where you can listen to the process in action.
  • Next, work on #2, Connect With Your Vision, using the printable PDF, or online. Again, make time and space for YOU to create your vision. This is a very powerful piece of the work in this pillar. If you can dream it, you can become it!
  • After that, move on to #3, Setting Your Goals. Listen to the audio, and complete the PDF or online goal setting tool.
  • In #4, I offer a condensed, online version that combines #1, #2, and #3, if you are very short on time.
  • Last, but NOT LEAST, download the PDF in #5, to learn about the Portable Anchor System that will help you stay consistent so you can achieve your goals.
  • Post in the BFF Facebook group and let us know some lightbulb moments you experienced while working through this process, some of your goals, or anything else related to establishing the outlook that will lead to your success.
